Brandon Bruce's specialty is Traditional Lincoln-Douglas, Public Forum and Extemp Debate. 4th in Missouri State LD and 32nd at NSDA Nationals Extemp Debate. Lucy Huang's specialty is Lincoln-Douglas, Big-Questions, and Extemporaneous Speaking. A Tournament of Champions (TOC) Qualifier in LD with a focus on rigorous case construction and rhetorical delivery. I am a debater from Springfield Missouri, this means I am best suited to teach you traditional debate focusing on speaking styles and fine tuning performance.

With that being said I've helped students with all the debate events and will be valuable in conversations about arguments, structure, or whatever you need in order to be successful. I attend KU majoring in philosophy and psychology for pre-law, so ask me anything about LD framework.

If you are trying to win a lay debate round, I can make that happen, no matter the event, no matter the state, and no matter the level of competition. Teaching is my passion and I am very excited to help you through your journey in the world of speech and debate.

As a former Missouri debater, my expertise lies in traditional Lincoln-Douglas debate—with a focus on fine-tuning the fundamentals.

My philosophy is that debate should be accessible to any audience. It’s about teaching students how to communicate complex, nuanced ideas in a clear, compelling way that anyone can understand. If your goal is to win as a classic debater, I can help you get there.

By cutting the fluff and honing in on core techniques such as argumentation, logical structure, and implementing a strong value framework, you'll build the foundation needed to succeed at the highest levels of competition.
